To Apply for Hops Grants
Please download and fill out our Hops In Humboldt Grant Request Form and submit your request by mail or email it to info@hopsinhumboldt.com.  Grant requests may be submitted annually between the day of the event and December 31st of that same year (For Example; Hops was on August 28th in 2009, you could have submitted a grant request between August 28th and December 31st of that year).

The following information is what we will be looking for and is included in the Grant Request Form:

• The category you fall into
• How it benefits the community
• A summary description of the project
• The estimated total cost of the project
• The estimated date of completion of the project
• A narrative statement about the beneficiaries of the project
• A description of your organizations oversight, management, and involvement in the project
• How many beneficiaries the funding will help through your organization 
• Note that we do not grant funds to individuals
• You organizations immediate need for funds and why
